Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled or rescheduled after 8 PM the day before require a new deposit, with cash preferred for remaining balances. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after that, a $10 minimum fee applies(may be more depending on service), and exceeding 15 minutes may result in cancellation with fees deducted. For Brazilian Waxes: 12 days of hair growth required; otherwise, rescheduling and a new deposit are needed. Maintenance every 4-6 weeks to qualify for a discounted 5th wax. For Cluster Lashes: Arrive without prior lash sets or makeup; rescheduling and a new deposit required if not. For Contouring/Sculpting: Appointments scheduled no more than a week apart; follow aftercare and hydration for best results. For Tiny Tattoos: No alcohol before the appointment; not suitable for individuals with certain health conditions or on specific medications. Report any post-service inflammation to facility and medical professional. For Laser Hair Removal: No tattoos in the treatment area; hair must be shaved 3 days prior, or a $25 fee applies. No alcohol consumption is allowed. Repeat offenders must pay upfront or provide a higher deposit. Deposits are non-refundable, made via Zelle, Cash App, or onsite, and all services are final. Deposits expire. Please set a new time & date when rescheduling. Clients are responsible for their guests and acknowledge they are entering at their own risk. Owner is not liable for personal injury.
